According to initial information, on the evening of October 6, after coming home from drinking, Mr. Alang Phin (41 years old, residing in Ca Dy commune) stood in front of Mr. Alang Lap's house (43 years old) and shouted loudly.

Immediately after that, Mr. Lap argued with Mr. Phin and the two had a conflict. At this time, Mr. Phin picked up a rock and intended to throw it at Mr. Lap. Angry, Mr. Lap went into the house and brought out a spear that was more than 2 meters long to threaten him.

Seeing his neighbor bring out a spear, Mr. Phin rushed forward and punched Mr. Lap in the face, causing him to fall to the ground. During the fight, Mr. Lap stabbed Mr. Phin three times in the arm, leg, and left side, causing the victim to die on the spot.
