Yen Thanh Children's Team wins all the matches at SLNA U10 Football Tournament 2017

(Baonghean.vn) - Yesterday (November 12), the final group stage matches determined the two representatives to participate in the final match of the SLNA 2017 U10 Talented Classes Football Tournament.

In Group A, the host Nhi Dong Yen Thanh showed their strength when defeating a series of opponents such as TP Vinh, Do Luong II, Quy Hop, Thai Hoa II, winning 12 absolute points. The achievement of the team from the rice fields after the first 4 matches was scoring 15 goals, only conceding 7 goals.

In Group B, Nhi Dong Tan Ky also showed their superiority when they overcame Son Hai (Quynh Luu), Thanh Chuong, Hoang Mai, Nghia Dan, scoring 17 goals/3 goals conceded, thereby winning the top position in the group. Therefore, the match for the top spot between Yen Thanh and Tan Ky was extremely exciting.

Encouraged by thousands of home fans, but in the first half, Yen Thanh had to pick the ball out of the net twice. In the second half, Yen Thanh rose strongly and scored 2 goals in a spectacular way. After 40 minutes of official play, the two teams entered the penalty shootout and Yen Thanh excelled in defeating Tan Ky with a score of 3 - 2, thereby winning the first prize of the Cluster.

Meanwhile, in the third place match of the Son Hai football cluster (Quynh Luu), the team defeated Vinh City with a score of 5 - 3. With this result, the Yen Thanh team won the right to play in the final match of the SLNA U10 Talented Classes Football Tournament 2017.
