According to the regulations of the Vietnam Football Federation: A player can only sign a contract with another club when the contract with the current club has expired or will expire within 6 (six) months without the two parties deciding to extend or sign a new contract.

So at this point, SLNA players whose contracts are about to expire can negotiate and sign contracts with other teams. Except for the case of foreign player Vinicius from Ho Chi Minh City Club joining SLNA on loan.
