National airlines Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific announced: due to the impact of storm No. 9 with the international name Usagi on the South Central region, to ensure safety, the two airlines will adjust the operation plan of flights to and from Cam Ranh airport (Nha Trang) and Lien Khuong airport (Da Lat).
Specifically: Vietnam Airlines adjusted the take-off and landing times of 6 flights between Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang (including VN1556, VN1557, VN1944, VN1945, VN1344, VN1345) from 40 minutes to 2.5 hours on November 24.
Jetstar Pacific will not operate two flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat (including BL344 and BL345) on the morning of November 24.
Representatives of Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific said they will continue to monitor the weather situation and update in the next bulletins. In addition, the two airlines recommend that passengers planning to travel to and from Nha Trang, Da Lat, Buon Ma Thuot and airports in the southern region during this time should regularly monitor and update the weather situation and information of the airlines to proactively plan their travel schedules.
