On the morning of September 27, information from the leaders of the People's Committee of Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau district, heavy rain and high water levels on the night of September 26 caused flooding in more than 50 households in Ke Khoang village. By the morning of September 27, the commune People's Committee officials were dispatching people to assist people whose houses were flooded and other affected households to stabilize their lives. A group of people were cleaning up the commune committee headquarters to continue operations.
Property damage caused by heavy flooding has not yet been estimated, and authorities have not yet reached all flooded areas, especially Ke Khoang village.
