Many activities in response to "Tet for the poor" 2016

(Baonghean.vn) -Responding to the appeal letter of the Provincial Party Secretary on supporting the poor to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2016, units and localities have had practical activities to support the poor to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

At Hung Nguyen:

On the morning of January 19, the Provincial Farm Economics Association coordinated with Hung Nguyen district to present Tet gifts to extremely poor households in Hung Linh commune.

Responding to the appeal letter of the Provincial Party Secretary to support the poor to celebrate the 2016 Binh Than New Year, Nghe An Farm Economy Association mobilized its cadres and members to donate 10 million VND to give Tet gifts to the poor in Hung Nguyen and Nghi Loc districts.

Presented 8 Tet gifts to 8 poor families in especially difficult circumstances.

The Farm Economics Association coordinated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Agriculture and the Hung Linh Commune government to present 8 Tet gifts to 8 poor families in especially difficult circumstances.

On the morning of January 19, the Vinh City Women Entrepreneurs Club went to Yen Thanh to give 50 gifts to poor children and single women.

The delegation presented 20 warm blankets to poor and disabled children, and 30 gifts to single women in the area, each gift worth 500,000 VND, with a total value of nearly 30 million VND.
