Ms. Chi Lan shared that she has observed many young people who do not know what they like, today they like this, tomorrow they like that. It is worth mentioning that many of them do not have their own opinions but are influenced by the crowd, specifically by their classmates.

Therefore, Ms. Chi Lan's advice is that each of you must take some time to ask yourself whether it is something you really like and is suitable for your ability to pursue long-term.

According to Ms. Chi Lan, female students today must know that they are very happy and lucky to live in a much more open society. Girls have many career choices and prejudices about women's careers have also decreased a lot compared to before. "Therefore, female students will have many opportunities and should not be afraid to seize them" - economic expert Pham Chi Lan confided at the forum.

Having been an ambassador to developed countries such as the US, UK, Japan, South Korea, etc. many times, interacting with many classes of women, from her own experiences, Ambassador Nguyen Nguyet Nga - Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shared that women of the new era in general and female students in particular, if they want to succeed, must first have the will; must know how to organize and balance their time, and most importantly, must be confident and know their own worth.
