Before that, at around 6pm on July 25, Mrs. Lien was cooking dinner, An went to a friend's house to play, after a while, An's friend called An over to show him something surprising. An came closer, this friend lit a cotton thread on fire and brought it close to the mouth of the gasoline bottle. The gasoline bottle exploded, the friends quickly ran away, but An was unable to run in time and was engulfed in flames. Hearing the children's cries, Mr. Lo Van Giang, who lives nearby and is also An's uncle, rushed over. After putting out the fire, An's family quickly took him to the Tuong Duong District Medical Center for emergency care. Due to the severity of the injury, after first aid, the child was transferred to Nghe An Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital. There, doctors said that An suffered burns to 70% of her body. |
It is known that Lo Ha An's family is in a very difficult situation, one of the poorest households in the commune.
