Fisherman Pham Ngoc Son, owner of fishing boat NA 966.78 in Tien Thuy commune, said: "This morning, after receiving a report from the Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station, we, who were fishing in the Thanh Hoa sea area, quickly gathered our nets and brought them ashore to take shelter from the storm. According to the forecast, Typhoon No. 10 will make landfall in Nghe An, so no one on the boat can be complacent and we immediately headed ashore this afternoon."

"Due to avoiding the storm, the boat had to return to shore and anchor, but the income from this trip was still about 400 million VND," Mr. Son said.
