Many big brands 'enter' the regional trade fair held in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn)- The scale of the upcoming regional trade fair in Nghe An has about 270 booths and about 25 provinces participating with the presence of large corporations and general companies.

The 2017 Nghe An North Central Region Industry and Trade Fair took place from December 1 to 7, 2017, at the Central Park, Vinh City, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the People's Committee of Nghe An Province.

The fair has about 270 booths; currently, the number of registered booths is 215.

There will be about 25 provinces participating and there will be corporations and general companies such as: TH Group, VNPT Nghe An, Trung Do, Hoa Tho Garment Company (Da Nang), Garment Corporation 10...

Out-of-province enterprises account for about 50% of the number, the rest are enterprises and cooperatives in the province...

The fair includes many high-tech products, processed foods, wooden handicrafts, textiles, handicrafts, beverages, electronics, household appliances, consumer goods, construction materials, information technology and telecommunications services, etc.

The Fair Organizing Committee said: Product and service display, advertising, sales, other trade promotion activities from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily; music programs every night.

Nighttime admission with music is 30,000 VND/ticket. Daytime admission is free.

Speaking at the meeting, the Director of the Trade Promotion Center requested the Organizing Committee to continue to mobilize businesses to participate;

Proposing Vinh City People's Committee to allow the use of sidewalk space in front of Truong Thi Street Park, Trung Long Company to free up some more space to create conditions to set up enough 270 booths.

Create conditions for trucks carrying goods and materials participating in the Fair to enter Nguyen Van Cu Street, Truong Thi.

Propose that Nghe An Market Management Department coordinate with the Organizing Committee to inspect goods before the opening, resolutely remove violating products from the Fair. Nghe An Police pay attention and take measures to ensure security and order at the Fair.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Dai emphasized: this is the second regional national fair organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in coordination with the People's Committee of Nghe An province with the participation of many big brands, diverse goods, and good quality.

The fair is an opportunity to promote the image, achievements, and potential of Nghe An province to attract investment, tourism, enhance domestic and international exchanges; at the same time, create conditions for Nghe An units and enterprises to organize trade promotion activities to advertise brands, products, seek partners, and expand markets.
