In which, Tam Quang, Tam Thai, Luu Kien communes and Tran town were heavily affected. Many places such as Lang Nhung, Tam Quang commune, more than 200m of National Highway 7A was flooded up to more than 2m, causing traffic jams for many hours.

Many roads from Hoa Binh town to Luu Kien commune and from the town to Yen Na commune were seriously eroded, causing traffic jams and difficulties for commuters. In particular, the Lam River embankment section through the town was completely submerged in water.

Faced with that situation, the Flood and Storm Prevention Command of Tuong Duong district mobilized all local forces and means to rescue vulnerable points and areas damaged by floods.
In Ky Son,The river water rose high and flowed rapidly, washing away the road from Muong Xen town to Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district; the most seriously affected were from Cau Tam village, Binh Son 1 village and Canh village.
Specifically: from Km 0+300 to Km 600, road 7b was completely wiped out, people and vehicles could not pass.
