To our readers and editorial team:

* From July 8th to July 22nd, 2014, Nghe An Newspaper received the following letters, petitions, and complaints:

- Mr. Le Quang Nhung, residing in Nghia Dung hamlet, Nghia My commune (Thai Hoa town), submitted a petition regarding the following: In 1994, the Nghia Dan District People's Committee approved the sale of a plot of land to his family in Thai Hoa town (now Thai Hoa city). At that time, the land was sold based on a decision made by the Provincial People's Committee, without any auction of land use rights as is done now. He paid the full amount according to the provincial regulations. However, after 19 years, his family has still not received the land. Despite numerous petitions to various agencies in Thai Hoa town and Nghe An province, the issue remains unresolved.

- Mr. Nguyen Hoa, residing in Hamlet 1, Hong Long Commune (Nam Dan District), has accused Mr. Nguyen Van Nam - Chairman of the Hong Long Commune People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thanh - Chairman of the Hong Long Commune Farmers' Association, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen - Policy Officer of Hong Long Commune, and Mr. Nguyen Ho Ba - Head of the Industry and Trade Department of Nam Dan District, of violating preferential policies and regulations for war invalids, including the family of Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, residing in Hamlet 1, Hong Long Commune, a 4/4 war invalid, Party member, and retired official.

- Mr. Truong Nam Chien, residing in Block 3, Dien Chau Town, has filed a complaint regarding the following: In 2010, he filed a lawsuit against Mr. Nguyen Huu Dien for encroaching on and illegally constructing buildings on land belonging to his family. The case was accepted by the Dien Chau District People's Court. On August 25, 2014, the Dien Chau District People's Court issued Decision No. 01/2011/QDST temporarily suspending the resolution of the civil case concerning the land use rights dispute between him and Mr. Nguyen Huu Dien, citing the reason that they were awaiting the outcome of Mr. Nguyen Huu Dien's lawsuit against the Dien Chau District People's Committee. However, nearly three years have passed, and the Dien Chau District People's Court has still not resolved the reason for the temporary suspension of Mr. Chien's lawsuit. He requests that the case be brought to trial soon to avoid causing harm to the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.
