- Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ky (74 years old), wife of Mr. Dau Duc Hieu, residing in Duc Vinh hamlet, Hung Loc commune, Vinh City, stated: Her family's stall was demolished by the Hung Loc commune's regulations enforcement team without proper procedure, and they filed a complaint with Nghe An Newspaper last month. After receiving the referral from Nghe An Newspaper, the Vinh City Urban Inspectorate conducted a re-inspection and confirmed the incident, as the stall was built on land that had been allocated to them. However, the stall's roof has now been removed. Since the urban regulations enforcement team acted improperly, the family requests permission to restore the stall by re-roofing it for temporary business operations. They will return it when the government reclaims the land for road expansion and are not demanding compensation.

- Document No. 619/UBND-KT dated July 25, 2012, from the People's Committee of Tan Ky District, responding to information reported by Nghe An Newspaper on April 19, 2012, regarding several irregularities and violations in Tien Ky commune based on citizen complaints and feedback. The response from the People's Committee of Tan Ky District states: The complaint alleging numerous violations by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Ky commune in management has not yet been resolved because, after receiving the complaint from Mr. Bui Cong Than, Hamlet 5, Tien Ky commune, the district found many aspects of the complaint unclear. Therefore, the People's Committee of the district issued Decision 2179/QD-UBND-KT dated July 3, 2009, to survey the content of the citizen's complaint in order to verify six allegations.
However, during the verification process, the Inspection Team sent two invitations to the complainant to appear for questioning, but Mr. Than was not present at his place of residence on both occasions and could not be contacted. Therefore, at that time, the Inspection Team requested the Chairman of the District People's Committee to consider and file the case, and with the cooperation of the citizen, they would continue the verification and issue a conclusion for handling according to regulations.
