From May 21st to May 28th, Nghe An Newspaper received the following complaints, denunciations, and suggestions:
- Ms. Luong Thi Loi, a resident of Tung Huong village, Tam Quang commune, Tuong Duong district, provides additional information:She has two sons who served in the army during the two periods of the war against the US and on international duty in Cambodia, but to this day she has no information about whether they are alive or dead. She sent a letter to Nghe An Newspaper seeking help with this matter. Nghe An Newspaper published an article and forwarded official documents to relevant departments to search for them. Now, her family is sending additional documents and seeking witness testimonies to provide more information about her two sons.
- Citizens of Chau Hoan commune, Quy Chau district, submit the following petition:Mr. Ly Minh Quan, former treasurer of Chau Hoan commune, Quy Chau district, used commune budget funds and state funds intended to support households whose houses were swept away or destroyed by natural disasters to gamble. He was protected by his older brother, Mr. Ly Dai Chau, former Party Secretary of the commune, who used the salaries of commune officials and some individuals to pay for the households whose houses were swept away or destroyed. Furthermore, Mr. Quan, who was not a household facing housing difficulties, still received a housing allocation under Government Decision 134. We request that relevant agencies investigate and severely punish those who abuse their positions and authority to intentionally violate the law, causing a loss of public trust.

- Referral slip No. 229 PC.BĐ.BNA dated May 28, 2013, to the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Department of Information and Communications, regarding the response: Concerning the article: The need to decisively address illegal construction in Hung Tan commune (Hung Nguyen).
- Referral slip No. 227 PC.BĐ.BNA dated May 29, 2013, to the People's Committee of Nghia Dan District, regarding the petition of Mr. Doan Van Thuong, a citizen of Kim Tan Ward, Thai Hoa Town, Nghe An Province.
