* From July 9th to July 16th, Nghe An Newspaper received the following complaints, denunciations, and suggestions:

- Ms. Ta Thanh Yen, originally from Dien Cat commune, Dien Chau district, currently residing in Quynh Mai ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi, submitted the following petition:She was a Youth Volunteer who enlisted in 1965 and was wounded while serving in Tan Ky district in 1966. In 2004, she submitted an application for disability benefits, but it has not yet been processed.

- Ms. Ho Thi Soa, a resident of Hamlet 1, Dien Ky Commune, Dien Chau District- This is a disadvantaged family receiving government assistance; we request that relevant agencies and departments provide support so that the family can afford to repair their house.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Giang, residing at Block 1, Dien Chau town, Dien Chau district, is a lawyer at Trong Hai and Associates Law Office and requests assistance:On July 5, 2013, at the Security office located within the Dien Hoa Commune People's Committee headquarters in Dien Chau District, Mr. Giang met with Mr. Cao Ngoc Can, Deputy Head of the Dien Hoa Commune Police, to request confirmation from the Dien Hoa Commune Police regarding the permanent residence registration of several Dien Hoa Commune citizens in Dien Hoa Commune. During the exchange, Mr. Can refused to provide confirmation and engaged in acts of defamation, harm to health, and intentional damage to Mr. Giang's property.

- Mr. Luong Xuan Thanh, a citizen of Tan Huu hamlet, Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district, has filed a complaint:Hoang Van Hoan, a police officer from Hung Lap hamlet, along with three other young men, assaulted two other young men in the hamlet in revenge. When Mr. Thanh intervened to mediate, he was beaten by the group, resulting in bleeding from his mouth and nose, and pushed into a pond. However, on June 26, 2013, the Nghia Dan District Court unfairly issued Judgment No. 47/HSST, sentencing him to six months in prison for "resisting a public officer." He has filed an appeal requesting a thorough investigation and trial to ensure justice is served.
