* From July 30th to August 6th, Nghe An Newspaper received the following complaints, denunciations, and suggestions:
- Mr. Che Dinh Lai, residing at Hamlet 10, Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province, filed a complaint:His family inherited a plot of land from his father with an area of 1,400m2. In 1997, the District People's Committee issued land title number 879/QSDĐ/133. Following a decision of the Provincial People's Committee, the Commune Land Administration Department issued a new land title for his family on that plot, measuring 1,396m2, of which 1,028m2 is rural residential land and 368m2 is land for perennial crops, with a usage period until July 16, 2062. The Land Administration Department's reduction of his family's land as described above is illegal. According to the Provincial People's Committee's regulations, rural residential land is permitted up to 1,500m2, while his family's land is only 1,396m2.
- Mr. Bui Van Ha, a resident of Xuan Dien hamlet, Thanh Ha commune, Thanh Chuong district, filed a complaint:His family has lived on the land they are currently occupying since 1985 and possesses a Land Use Right Certificate. The village head announced that a road would be built under Project 135, and any family whose land was affected by the road had to donate 1 square meter of land for the road, using the old road as the centerline. This policy was implemented without prior discussion or agreement with the residents. During construction, the village head instructed the bulldozer to over-burrow land and forcibly installed a culvert into the drainage ditch, causing difficulties for his family in farming and negatively impacting their livelihood.
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Phuc, a resident of Hamlet 11, Khanh Son Commune, Nam Dan District, filed a complaint:His family agreed with the Khanh Son Commune People's Committee to exchange their land for the construction of a community center in Hamlet 13. The agreement stipulated a "one-for-one" exchange based on actual conditions. However, the decision to allocate land to the family did not reflect their original land area, and the division of residential and garden land was also incorrect.
