* From August 13th to August 20th, Nghe An Newspaper received the following complaints, denunciations, and suggestions:

- The residents of Hamlet 2, Nghia Thuan Commune, Thai Hoa Town, petitioned: In 1978, Ms. Ho Thi Tri's family abandoned their allocated plot of land and arbitrarily moved their house to another location within the hamlet. Since then, the land has been cultivated and managed by the residents of Hamlet 2 as a communal activity area. In early August 2012, Mr. Minh, Ms. Tri's son, arbitrarily erected concrete pillars and used barbed wire to fence off more than half of the aforementioned area, including the access road for several households behind it. The residents of Hamlet 2 are very upset and have requested Mr. Minh to remove the barbed wire fence and for the local authorities to clarify the issue. However, despite numerous meetings, the matter remains unresolved.

- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lap and Mr. Nguyen Van Suu from Thai Hoc hamlet, Nghi Thai commune, Nghi Loc district, petitioned: Mr. Nguyen Van Ha - Deputy Secretary of the Party branch and Head of Thai Hoc hamlet - abused his power by organizing a meeting with residents and leading a group to forcibly demolish the fence of their family's property.

- Mr. Le Dinh Dieu, a resident of Hamlet 3A, Quynh Tam Commune, Quynh Luu District, filed a complaint regarding certain content in the article "Superiors cure diseases without examination" published in Nghe An Newspaper on July 25, 2013.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet, residing in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh City, submitted a proposal regarding the approval of land purchase through valuation for eligible policy beneficiaries.
