From August 20th to August 27th, Nghe An Newspaper received the following complaints, denunciations, and suggestions:
- Mr. Doan Cong Duong, an employee of the management and security department at the Social Labor Education Center 1, submitted the following petition: In 2005, he was transferred from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to work at the Social Labor Education Center 1. In July 2011, he received a decision adjusting the minimum wage to 830,000 VND/month. From May 2012, the State raised the minimum wage for officials, civil servants, public employees, members of the armed forces, and workers to 1,050,000 VND/month, but he was still not adjusted. Since July 2013, he has sent petitions to relevant departments and agencies to raise this issue but has not received a satisfactory response.
- Ms. Tran Thi Luong, a resident of Tan Phuc apartment building, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh City, alleges that Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung and Ms. Tran Thi Thanh, residing in Tan Phuc block, Hung Phuc ward, Vinh City, sold her a 1,200m2 plot of land in Hamlet 13, Nghi Truong commune, Nghi Loc district, with complete land use right certificates, transfer receipts, handwritten agreements, and official letters from the Nghi Loc District Court regarding the transfer of land use rights. However, Mr. and Mrs. Hung and Thanh did not complete the transfer contract procedures to issue the land use right certificate to Ms. Luong, but instead demanded 1 billion VND before signing and authorizing her daughter-in-law to transfer the land.
- Mr. Trinh Van Viem, residing in My Long hamlet, Hung Dong commune (Vinh City), petitioned: regarding the attitude and actions of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tho - Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Dong commune - towards him, he stated that they were irresponsible and unlawful.

- Referral slip No. 427/PC.BĐ/BNA dated August 27, 2013, to the People's Committee of Thai Hoa Town, Nghe An Province, regarding the petition of the collective members of Hamlet 2, Nghia Thuan Commune, Thai Hoa Town, Nghe An Province.
- Referral slip No. 426/PC.BĐ/BNA dated August 27, 2013, to the People's Court of Nghe An Province and the People's Committee of Nghi Loc District regarding the complaint of Ms. Tran Thi Luong, a resident of Tan Phuc apartment building, Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City.
