From September 23rd to September 30th, 2014, Nghe An Newspaper received the following letters, petitions, complaints, and denunciations:
- Ms. Doan Thi Minh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet, residents of Vu Ky hamlet, Dong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, have complained about the implementation of the land conversion policy for new rural development. They allege that the hamlet's land allocation committee acted unfairly in distributing land according to the K coefficient standard as initially agreed upon. Furthermore, while some members received insufficient land, some members of the land allocation committee and some other members received excess land. The residents have petitioned the commune and district authorities about this issue, but it remains unresolved.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, a resident of Block 14, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, petitioned regarding the compensation for land clearance for her family, stating that it was not in accordance with the law and that the notice of forced demolition of her house and land reclamation for the project caused damage to her family's legitimate rights and interests.
- Ms. Dang Thi Diem, a resident of Truong Tien block, Hung Binh ward, Vinh City, accuses Mr. Dang Ba Hung of seizing the house in 2008 where her family worships her parents and her brother, a war hero, in Xuan Tuong commune, Thanh Chuong district. The family has repeatedly submitted petitions to relevant departments and agencies, but the issue remains unresolved.

- Referral slip number: 488.PC/BĐ/BNA to the People's Committee of Thanh Chuong District regarding the petition of Mr. Bui Van Hao, Thanh Mai commune, Thanh Chuong district.
- Transfer slip number: 489 .PC/BĐ/BNA to the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen District regarding the petition of Ms. Ho Thi Binh, a citizen of Hung Tan commune, Hung Nguyen district.
- Official letter No. 490.BD/BNA to Mr. Hoang Anh Chan and Mr. Tran Kim Long regarding several letters from citizens disagreeing with Notice No. 359/TB.UBND.KT dated July 15, 2014, of the Provincial People's Committee.
