* From October 21st to October 28th, 2014, Nghe An Newspaper received the following letters, petitions, complaints, and denunciations:

- Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, a resident of Block 2, Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City, complained to the Vinh City People's Committee regarding the approval of the land clearance and resettlement support plan for the Nghe An Technology Products Company's housing project in Decision 6190 dated October 14, 2014, stating that it was not in accordance with State regulations; and that his complaint was not considered and resolved within the prescribed timeframe.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Luan, a citizen of Hamlet 11, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City, complains: Some officials of the Nghi Kim Commune People's Committee have abused their positions and authority to act contrary to the law. He requests an investigation to clarify the abuse of power and authority to misappropriate his property and to find appropriate solutions.
