Thanks to the bullet-proof screen, American gamer escaped death
Gamer Eric Gan (USA) shared the story of narrowly escaping death thanks to his computer screen taking a bullet.
It's hard to believe that a gaming monitor can withstand the force of a pistol bullet. On Twitter, American gamer Eric Gan shared that the seemingly impossible scenario happened. A stray bullet hit the back of his MSI computer monitor.

Eric Gan said a total of five shots were fired into his room by a drunk stranger on the street at 4 a.m. Gan was sleeping at the time.
Luckily, the bullet flew into the wall and hit the MSI Optix G27C2 curved monitor. Aside from the crack on the back, the monitor was still normal and worked fine.

Of course, according to physics, the bullet lost a significant amount of kinetic energy when it passed through the wall and flew into the screen. If that had not happened, the computer screen would have taken the full force of the bullet and would have definitely gone through. However, it is undeniable that this guy's computer screen saved Eric Gan from death by a hair's breadth.
It’s not unheard of for tech devices to save lives. In March 2014, Sergeant Shaun Frank’s iPhone 5S saved his life after stopping a steel ball from flying through his chest from a suicide bomber in Afghanistan.
Then, in May 2014, a Brazilian officer was lucky to survive when his Nokia Lumia 520 smartphone took a bullet to help him during a robbery.
In 2016, a man in Afghanistan was also lucky to survive thanks to his Nokia 301 phone blocking a bullet fired at him.
