“Duy Hung has a handsome appearance with a warm gaze and a radiant smile. Hung appears to be a calm, sincere and approachable person… Although he is currently the Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Nghe An, with a busy job, Hung still has time to carry his camera around to compose.
Hung's photos are diverse in genre, but most focused on the theme of Nature and People, with very subtle and profound perspectives, containing many layers of meaning. Through Duy Hung's camera lens, life appears simple, familiar and close to everyday life.
Duy Hung travels a lot, wherever he goes, he focuses on recording with pictures the pieces of life, it can be a flower cart in the middle of a busy street, an old mother selling a few papayas on the side of the road to make a living, a mossy street corner of the old season... or the endless river banks sleeping under the sunset..." “I got to know Duy Hung through the photos he posted on FB. A couple of times, at my suggestion, the Nghe An Social Sciences and Humanities Magazine chose Hung’s photo as the cover photo. Then, several times I went to volunteer, I only saw Hung as a tall young man, sitting somewhere with a camera all day, hardly saying a word. My impression of Hung was just a gentle and passionate young man.
Duy Hung, you are gone, but surely in the hearts of many people, your image, a talented, passionate, gentle and emotional young man, will live forever!” (Facebook Pham Xuan Can)…
Please take a moment to admire the image of Nghe An homeland through the authentic and emotional lens of collaborator Duy Hung, as a way to express our condolences to him!
