The multi-function, anti-shock electric pan with the OSAKA brand is introduced as being made in Japan and costs 1,650,000 VND, but if you buy it at the hall, it is only 1,250,000 VND. According to the explanation of the woman who is advertising, it is because she saves on advertising costs on television (30,000,000 VND per minute). The super energy-saving light bulb with the DUFAKI brand is introduced as saving 80% of electricity, can kill insects, costs 69,000 VND, but will be sold at a discount of 50,000 VND/1 bulb, if you buy it separately on the spot, it will only cost 100,000 VND for 3 bulbs.

And all three of them said that the papers were in the car. When the commune police asked for someone from the company to bring them, these people tried to delay the time.

When asked, two men in the group borrowed a motorbike to go get the papers. We secretly followed them. After a while, the two men stopped their motorbike at the next village and showed no signs of taking the papers.

After failing to present the necessary documents, the subjects were invited to the headquarters of the People's Committee of Chau Kim commune. Here, the woman in the group presented a photocopy of the legal documents of Dong Duong Group Company Limited, located at Alley 412, Nguyen Van Linh Street, Thanh Binh Ward, Hai Duong City. In the documents, only the OKATASHI pressure cooker and the DUFgs multi-function blender were certified by the General Department of Standards and Quality Measurement at 8 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, issued on August 17, 2016; the remaining items were not certified to meet standards. The commune police drew up a record to temporarily detain the items without documents.

At this time, we received news that a similar sale had just taken place in Do village, also in Chau Kim commune. We learned that in Do village, 9 families bought 9 sets of products and many other families bought individual items.

It is known that the above group of people have organized to introduce and sell many products in the communes: Dong Van, Tien Phong, Tri Le, Chau Kim (Que Phong) since July 5, 2017.

Mr. Le Van Giap - Chairman of Que Phong District People's Committee said that the district government has issued Official Letter No. 756/UBND-KTHT dated June 23, 2017 on strengthening State management of product introduction and promotion activities in Que Phong District. The Chairman of Que Phong District also said that he will seriously review communes that issue introduction certificates in violation of principles and contrary to Official Letter No. 756.
