According to initial verification, the incident occurred in the morning of the same day, on a deserted road (in Hoa Chau commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city). In the afternoon of the same day, Cam Le district police and Hoa Vang district police got involved in verifying the incident.

On the evening of August 26, the leader of Hoa Vang District Police (Da Nang City) confirmed that the incident occurred in Hoa Chau Commune. The investigation agency has stepped in and invited the teenagers involved in this clip to come in for questioning.
