(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 19, Ha Tinh City Police announced: The unit has just arrested 11 subjects for organizing the illegal use of katemine drugs at a hotel in the area. Among the 11 subjects just arrested, 3 subjects have permanent residence in Nghe An.
Previously, on the morning of March 19, through the process of reconnaissance and understanding the area, identifying a group of young men and women with suspicious signs at a hotel in the area, Ha Tinh City Police deployed forces to suddenly inspect and caught 11 subjects red-handed with signs of illegal drug use.

Of the 11 subjects who were just arrested, 3 have permanent residence in Nghe An, including: NDB (born in 2000), residing in Nghi Phu commune; LTNA (born in 2003), residing in Hung Binh ward; TTTL (born in 1999), residing in Doi Cung ward, both in Vinh city (Nghe An). The remaining 8 subjects have permanent residence in Loc Ha, Can Loc districts and Ha Tinh city, Ha Tinh province.
At the scene, the police seized a set of drug-using tools and some related exhibits. Currently, Ha Tinh City Police are compiling documents, conducting investigations, verifying and clarifying to handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
