Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security) has decided to fine a group of teenagers a total of VND121,850,000 for traffic violations on the Nghi Son - Dien Chau expressway.

Violations include: Failure to comply with the orders of the authorities, entering the highway on a motorbike, not wearing a helmet, not having a driver's license, not having a vehicle registration. In addition, the vehicle owner was also fined for handing over the vehicle to someone who was not qualified to operate the vehicle.
In addition to administrative sanctions, the authorities also sent notices of violations to the families and schools of the teenagers involved.
Previously, on the afternoon of January 29 (the first day of Tet), according to people's feedback, Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 4 received a report about a group of young men riding motorbikes at high speed, not wearing helmets and removing their license plates while traveling on the Nghi Son - Dien Chau highway. Immediately after that, the functional forces deployed a plan to intercept and control this group at Dien Cat intersection (Dien Chau district, Nghe An) at 1:15 p.m. the same day.
Upon inspection, all six motorbikes had their license plates removed and were hidden in the trunk. The group of 11 teenagers, mostly middle and high school students in Thanh Hoa, were unable to present vehicle-related documents and driver’s licenses.
