Group of tattooed youths rented a hotel to hold a 'drug party'
After getting drunk, a group of young people in Ha Tinh invited each other to use drugs.
Ha Tinh City Police (Ha Tinh) are detaining Nguyen Huu Hoang, Nguyen Quang Son, Nguyen Duy Hoa (22 years old), Nguyen Quang Vu (25 years old) and Nguyen Ba Canh Duong (39 years old) to investigate the crime.Organizing illegal use of drugs, according to Article 255 of the 2015 Penal Code.

Late on May 10, based on a tip-off from local residents, detectives raided a hotel room in Thach Linh ward and caught Hoang's group in the act of illegally using drugs.
At the scene, authorities seized a set of drug paraphernalia and many related exhibits.
The group of young men confessed that they had previously organized a drinking party, and after getting drunk, they invited each other to rent a hotel room to organize a "drug party".
