Volunteer group supports Deputy Secretary of Youth Union who had an accident while repairing people's houses with 50 million VND

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 18, representatives of the volunteer group "Friends" in Taiwan visited and gave gifts to families in especially difficult circumstances.including supporting Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union Phan Cong Nghia to help people repair houses that were electrocuted with 50 million VND.

Present at the family of Mr. Phan Cong Men, in hamlet 1, Nghi Dien commune (Nghi Loc), whose son, Mr. Phan Cong Nghia - a young man helping people overcome storm No. 2, was electrocuted, causing burns all over his body and had to have both arms amputated, the delegation visited, encouraged and gave the family 50 million VND and a carton of milk.

In Thanh Chuong district, the delegation visited the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Soa (Hamlet 7, Thanh Duong commune) whose husband had just passed away and whose son was seriously injured in a traffic accident. Next, the delegation visited the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tung (Block 2, Dung town), whose family had 3 sick children, the mother herself had a stroke and was bedridden, while her son and daughter-in-law could only see in one eye. At these 2 families, the delegation presented each family with a gift, including 6 million VND and a carton of milk.
