The Great Viet nation, the Nguyen lord, is the eternal treasure.. Material: Gold. Dimensions: Height: 6.3 cm; Face thickness: 1.1 cm; Face width: 10.84 cm x 10.84 cm; Weight: 2350 grams. Date: Cast in 1709, Le Trung Hung period. The seal was made during the reign of Lord Nguyen Phuc Chu (1691-1725) with elaborate casting and carving techniques. This is the earliest seal in the history of the Nguyen Dynasty. During the reign of King Gia Long (1802-1819), the seal was chosen as the heirloom of the Nguyen Dynasty and was kept very carefully. Kim BaoNational Trust. The seal is cast in gold. The handle of the seal is shaped like a standing dragon, its head turned back, its back curved, and its tail curled up. Kim baoNational Trustwas cast in the first year of Gia Long (1802). The seal was used on documents summoning generals, mobilizing soldiers, conscription, and several other important administrative documents during the reign of King Gia Long (1802-1819). After the reforms of King Minh Mang, the country was relatively stable, and the National Trust Seal was used less, but was still preserved until the reign of King Bao Dai. Emperor's Treasure. The seal was cast in pure gold on February 4, the 4th year of Minh Mang (March 15, 1823). According to the Nguyen Dynasty's regulations, the seal was used when "On occasions of grace and amnesty, as well as royal decrees, to inspect localities, all those solemn ceremonies, and to issue decrees and letters to foreign countries". The seal weighs 10.78 kg and was passed down from the reign of King Minh Mang to Bao Dai. Before his death (in 1997), Bao Dai left all his assets in France (including this gold seal) to his wife, Mrs. Monique Baudot, a Frenchwoman. Mrs. Monique Baudot passed away in 2021. On November 14, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism successfully negotiated with the MILLON stamp company to transfer the gold seal to Vietnam. Source:MILLON.

The Emperor's Sister. In the year of At Mui, Minh Mang 16 (1835), the king had the jade seal carved from a jade bar with a handle shaped like two dragons fighting back to back. The body of the seal is in the shape of a square block. The height of the seal is 8.27 cm, the square edge is 10.5 cm and the thickness is 4.22 cm. The surface of the seal is embossed with 4 seal characters:The Emperor's Sister(The Emperor's Jade Seal). This Jade Seal is used on royal edicts issued on the occasion of changing the year title, granting amnesty to the people, granting grace on major holidays to all people, and granting grace to seal officials in the capital and provinces.
