Two planes were fully booked to carry guests, 45 tons of goods to decorate the party concept... were the highlights of Rushang - Kaabia's wedding.

5 months of discussion to organize a wedding in Vietnam

The bride, Kaabia Grewal, is the co-founder of the luxury jewelry brand The Outhouse in India. Her fiancé, Rushang Shah, is a private person and the son of tycoon Nitin Shah. The couple is the first Indian tycoon couple to choose to hold their wedding in Vietnam.

According to Mr. Pham Sanh Chau - Ambassador of Vietnam to the Republic of India, concurrently to Nepal and Bhutan, who convinced the groom's father and the couple to hold the wedding in Vietnam, a specialized monitoring team was established and worked actively for 5 months. The team resolved a total of 22 large and small requests from both families. 2 meals, 3 meetings and 5 meetings were held to make Vietnam the destination for the wedding of the wealthy couple.

Series of 10 large and small wedding events lasting 4 days (March 6-9)

The wedding of bride Kaabia Grewal and groom Rushang Shah in Phu Quoc had a total of 10 large and small events. There were 4 main parties: Welcome Guest - welcoming guests, Mad Mansion - dinner party at the castle, Vietnam Tribal Jungle - indigenous style party, Wedding - main wedding ceremony. Besides that, there were 6 small activities (tea party, drinking beer, making lanterns...). The wedding attracted great attention from the international and Vietnamese communities because of its grand scale and the couple's family background.

6 units participated in preparing and carrying out the event

According to Horizon - the wedding event organizer, the wedding was prepared for 8 months. Since January, the couple has traveled from India to Phu Quoc to meet and discuss with wedding service providers. The bride and groom worked with 7 providers at the same time: the organizer, a performance unit, a decoration unit, a design team, a culinary team, a wedding venue, sound and lighting to have a "dream wedding".

The wedding gathered a large number of guests, artists, and service staff.

The couple invited 650 guests to the wedding, booking two Vietjet Air planes to transport guests from India to Vietnam and vice versa. The four-day wedding party in Phu Quoc had up to 50 Indian chefs and 125 performers from Italy, India, and Thailand.

45 tons of goods for 4 different wedding concepts

The decoration team revealed that they transported 45 tons of goods in 3 trips from Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Quoc island district, constantly having to add flowers because the wedding coincided with the International Women's Day event on March 8, so flowers were scarce. Each wedding party was divided into 4 spaces: reception, entertainment, music, party. Each party concept had its own mark with a new and impressive appearance.
