In an extensive clinical study of French children with cow's milk allergy, 93% of children showed positive results when using goat's milk, and goat's milk has been recommended as a highly nutritious food for children.

In an extensive clinical study of French children with cow's milk allergy, 93% of children had positive outcomes with the use of goat's milk, and goat's milk has been recommended as a highly nutritious food for children because it is less allergenic and easier to digest than cow's milk (Fabre, 1997; Reinert and Fabre, 1997).

Goat milk has been analyzed by numerous experts and research institutions worldwide for its nutritional value to humans. The nutritional advantages of goat milk over cow milk lie not only in its protein, mineral, and vitamin content, but also in many other components such as fats, specifically fatty acids (Jandal 1996; Park 2006).

The outstanding advantages of goat milk:

Fats: Goat milk is superior to cow milk in its content of monounsaturated fatty acids (mono and poly) as well as medium-chain triglycerides, which are very beneficial to human health.

In particular, the fat globules in goat milk are smaller than those in cow milk. Goat milk is rich in short-chain and medium-chain fatty acids (MCTs), which are easily broken down by lipase enzymes in the intestine, absorbed by the body, and quickly converted into energy. Therefore, the fat in goat milk is digested and absorbed faster than in cow milk (Jandal 1996; Park 2006).

Protein:Goat milk contains many essential amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize on its own, such as tryptophan, lysine, valine, isoleucine, cystine, tyrosine, etc.

Goat milk contains very little or no alpha-s1-casein (which is abundant in cow's milk and is the main cause of milk allergies), but instead has a high content of alpha-S2-casein. Therefore, the coagulated protein in goat milk is softer, making it very easy to digest and beneficial for the stomach (Ambrosoli et al., 1988; Haenlein, 2004).

In an extensive clinical study of French children with cow's milk allergy, 93% of children had positive results when using goat's milk, and goat's milk has been recommended as a very valuable food for children's nutrition, because goat's milk is less allergenic and easier to digest than cow's milk (Fabre, 1997; Reinert and Fabre, 1997).

Vitamins and minerals: Goat milk is rich in minerals such as Ca, P, Mg, Fe, Cu, and Zn, which have high bioavailability, are easily absorbed, and are present in higher amounts than in cow's milk.

In a nutritional trial involving 38 children (20 girls and 18 boys) aged 6 to 13, half consumed 0.946 L of goat's milk per day and the other half consumed 0.946 L of cow's milk per day for 5 months. The results showed that children who consumed goat's milk had better improvements than those who consumed cow's milk, specifically in terms of: weight, height, bone mineralization, bone density, plasma concentrations of vitamin A, calcium, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and hemoglobin (Mack, 1953).

Goat milk helps prevent anemia and bone demineralization. It also aids digestion and increases the metabolism of minerals such as iron, phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium (Margarita Sanschez Campos, University of Granada, 2007, May, 15).

In the Vietnamese market, the GOATLAC 3 goat milk formula supplement provides nutrition for physical and intellectual development:

- Stable digestion and easy absorption thanks to the easily digestible and absorbable protein and fat globules of goat milk. The natural fiber system Synergy1 (FOS/Inulin) improves digestion and protects the child's gut.

- Specially formulated nutrition for brain and vision: Thanks to the enhancement of two essential nutrients, Taurine and Choline, it supports brain, nervous system, and vision function. In particular, the addition of Palatinose provides a stable and continuous energy supply for children's cognitive activities.

- Good growth and height development: Goat milk is rich in calcium and minerals that help children develop their skeletal system and increase their height. Increased lysine also helps children grow well.
