And Ba Trung - Class 4B, Muong Xen Town Primary School, Nam Can village, Nam Can commune - Ky Son district.
Va Ba Trung is the son of martyr Va Tong Khu. Since his father's death, his mother has been constantly ill, so Trung's older brother has had to work odd jobs to support the whole family. From a young age, Trung was aware that he had to live in a way that would follow his father's example, so that his father would not be ashamed. Therefore, from the moment he set foot in school and learned his first letters, Va Ba Trung has been a model of studiousness, achieving excellent student status every year. Although he is in the 4th grade, Trung looks as small as a 6-year-old boy, but in his eyes always shines the determination of a highlander student determined to pursue education to escape poverty and bring light to his people. He shared: "I will try my best to study hard so that one day I can become a good teacher, as my father wished!"
Nguyen Thi Tram - Class 8A, Hung Yen Secondary School, Hung Nguyen District.
Born into an extremely difficult family situation, Tram was the fifth of seven siblings. Her father died of a terminal illness in 2003, and in 2009, her mother also contracted a terminal illness and passed away. At times, Tram thought she wouldn't be able to go to school, but her faith, willpower, and determination prevailed. Now, her siblings have all started their own families, and she lives with her older brother and younger brother, who is in 8th grade. The burden of the family falls on her older brother's shoulders, with the meager income from his odd jobs as a construction worker and the land he cultivates (four acres of rice paddies).
Out of love for her brother, Tram created a scientific schedule for herself and followed it very strictly. In her free time, she helped with housework, farm work, and took care of and guided her younger brother in his studies. Tram's brother shared: "Knowing that Tram is a good student, I always encourage her to overcome difficulties and strive to study well. As for me, I consider myself unable to pursue my studies anymore and will try my best to work hard to support my parents' education until she finishes school." Not letting her brother down, for three consecutive years she achieved the title of excellent student at the district level and was an all-around excellent student at her school from grade 1 to grade 8.
Vo Ngoc Quynh Trang - Class 6A, Nghi Phu Secondary School, Vinh City.
Since childhood, Quynh Trang has been battling vasculitis, a disease causing systemic and internal bleeding. According to doctors' instructions, Trang's condition requires monthly treatment and check-ups in Hanoi, but due to financial constraints, her mother can only afford to take her to hospitals in the province to buy medication.
Since her father passed away in an accident, the burden has fallen heavily on her mother's frail shoulders. She single-handedly struggles to raise and educate Trang and her two siblings, making their already difficult situation even harder. Despite her weak health and constant illnesses, Trang's mother still takes on sewing work and car washing jobs to earn money for Trang and her siblings' education and Trang's medical expenses. Out of love for her mother, Trang has strived to excel in her studies. For six consecutive years, she has been an all-around excellent student. Trang also won the city-level online English competition. In addition, she is an active participant in various extracurricular activities and school events. Trang shared: "English is my favorite subject, so I only hope that after I recover from my illness, I can become a skilled interpreter."
Nguyen Van Ngoc - Class 5B, Nghi Thai Primary School, Nghi Thai Commune, Nghi Loc District.

Nguyen Van Ngoc received a certificate of merit and a prize from the organizing committee.
Meeting Ngoc, with her confident smile and eyes, no one would guess her particularly difficult circumstances. Her father suffers from mental illness, is unable to work, and often beats her and her mother during his episodes. Her mother is frequently ill and unable to do heavy labor. Their family also owns no land for farming. Their livelihood depends solely on her mother's rattan weaving skills.
Previously, Ngoc's family lived in a makeshift house, but relatives and neighbors contributed money to build them a small house. Throughout her schooling, she received support from her relatives, neighbors, and the "Golden Heart" Fund launched annually by the school. Despite living in difficult and deprived circumstances, she has always been a filial and respectful daughter, taking care of her parents' health. For many years, Ngoc consistently achieved excellent academic results. In the 2012-2013 school year, she won first prize in the "Golden Bell" competition organized by the school's student union and was recognized as an outstanding student at the district level in "Mathematics for Children".
