Familiar faces reunite in Vietnamese Songs of December

The return of Huyen Sambi, Hoang Anh Minh, Vu Minh Tam... promises to create a year-end live show with many new things for Vietnamese Songs in December.

6 new songs and music project of singer Van Mai Huong will take place in the live show Bai Hat Viet December at Ben Thanh Theater, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City and will be broadcast live at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, December 25 on VTV6 channel, Vietnam Television.

Duc Phuc

Vietnamese Songs of December opened with the song that was named in the highest category: Song of November voted by the Jury "Just One Sentence" (Pham Toan Thang) performed by Duc Phuc (Champion of The Voice 2015). Pham Toan Thang is a young author who has achieved much success with a series of awards on the Vietnamese Songs stage, and is also a young author who has built a unique and creative writing style, highly appreciated by experts and loved by the audience.

During the December Vietnamese Songs live show, the award for Impressive Song voted by the audience for November will also be announced and awarded to the song "Dream" by Vu Cat Tuong. Since participating in the Vietnamese Songs program in 2014, Vu Cat Tuong has never returned empty-handed. With the awards, Song of the Month voted by the Jury, the award for effective singer performance, and the award for Impressive Song voted by the audience, Vu Cat Tuong has proven to be successful in both her composing and performing roles.

6 new songs also appeared in live shows of familiar faces.

Huyền Sambi with the song "Hoi ngay boi gio" arranged by musician Khac Hung and performed by singer Nguyen Tran Trung Quan. Huyền Sambi is also the only female author of the December Vietnamese Songs live show. Right from the time she participated in Vietnamese Songs as an author, Huyền Sambi has also marked her name on the songwriting map with her own personality and musical style. The songs of this young girl are always appreciated for their profound thoughts, clear musical and literary images, and full of musical emotions.

Singer Ta Quang Thang will also participate in the live show with a new composition by author Nguyen Linh - "Childhood in me is". Nguyen Linh is a member of Background band and has a number of compositions that are loved by young people. This is also Nguyen Linh's return as a writer after a busy time with the band's music projects.

Along with Nguyen Linh are familiar faces participating in Vietnamese Songs as the author and arranger of their own songs: Hoang Anh Minh with the song "Thu xa" performed by Van Anh; author Vu Minh Tam sent the song "Ve nha" performed by nightingale Khanh Linh; Angel voice Thuy Chi performed the song "Bé tí teo" composed and arranged by Nguyen Nhat Trung.

The 6th song featured in the December Vietnamese Songs live show is by Dinh Huy with the song "A Little Sincerity" composed and performed by him with the arrangement of Minh Thuy.

6 new songs with different musical styles and beautiful voices will create an emotional live show. Each song has its own color and story but with the same criteria of finding something new, honoring creativity and conquering the audience through the only live show night of November.

Van Mai Huong

The December music project promises to be a stirring moment with the participation of Van Mai Huong with the hits: "Love from afar" by Vu Cat Tuong, "Monalisa" by Chau Dang Khoa, "Slow down a minute" by Vuong Vu and "If you come" by Nguyen Duc Cuong. The last 30 minutes of the December Vietnamese Songs live show with the songs that made Van Mai Huong famous will once again leave an impression on music lovers.

The 11 songs in the program, including new songs, music projects and songs of November voted by the Jury, will be staged in a new and unique way to attract both audio and visual audiences. Vietnamese Songs of December will take place at Ben Thanh Theater, Ho Chi Minh City, broadcast live at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 27, 2015 on VTV6 channel of Vietnam Television.
