The police checked the wallet and found over 40.6 million VND and some personal documents under the name of Duong Ngoc Diem (residing in Tan Hiep town, Tan Hiep district, Kien Giang province). On the morning of February 5, Pham Van Sang (born in 1992, from Thanh Hoa) lost his wallet in My Xuan commune, Tan Thanh, Vung Tau. Before the loss, the wallet contained more than 17.5 million VND and some documents bearing Sang's name.
