Many people freely chatted, laughed, and took selfies, causing outrage.

“I didn’t want to speak up. But seeing this scene, I feel heartbroken that the Vietnamese people’s intelligence is still very low. Below are images of old and young, men and women, big and small, competing to take photos, selfies, and livestream to show off their achievements on social media and profit from the funeral of comedian Anh Vu. How cruel!” commented HNV account.
"It's heartbreaking to watch. Artists bring laughter to the audience, but their deaths are not worth making fun of or entertaining people" - another person wrote.
