In the context of a technological boom and increasingly fierce competition for information, meeting the communication requirements of Party committees and authorities, and gaining the acceptance, affection, and loyalty of readers, is no simple matter. In reality, in this fierce competition, many print newspapers domestically and internationally have experienced a serious decline in circulation; many online news sites are struggling to survive, or even being shut down. A decline in circulation and website traffic means losing readers and losing one's role and mission… Nghe An Newspaper is no exception; at one point, the print circulation dropped to only 9,000 copies per issue. The online newspaper only achieved 6-7 thousand visits per day... Faced with these challenges and difficulties, under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the staff of Nghe An Newspaper effectively developed and implemented Project 01 "Improving the quality of Nghe An Newspaper in the period 2011-2015, with consideration to 2020," focusing on four breakthroughs: Firstly, restructuring the publishing chain towards a streamlined and efficient model; secondly, consolidating the organizational structure, improving the capacity of the staff, attracting high-quality human resources with excellent professional skills, strong character, and good moral conduct; thirdly, perfecting the regulations and management mechanisms towards discipline, order, transparency, and striving to become a model newsroom; and fourthly, innovating management practices to mobilize resources, promote creativity, discipline, responsibility, and efficiency.By implementing those four breakthroughs and striving to overcome difficulties, Nghe An Newspaper has been recognized by the Central Propaganda Department as one of the top local Party newspapers nationwide in the past five years; demonstrating its role as a "conductor" in shaping public opinion. We believe that the tone of a Party newspaper must be "purifying the impure and highlighting the pure," focusing on encouraging and praising good people, good deeds, and exemplary individuals. The main focus of Nghe An Newspaper is the dissemination of the Party and State's policies and guidelines; exemplary models, actions, and examples in the patriotic emulation movement, aiming to spread and multiply good things in the community and society. However, when necessary, we must also fight to the end against actions that go against the interests of the country and the people, showing no tolerance for evil forces, and not overlooking or being lenient with negative behaviors, even within our own ranks of cadres and Party members...
Many insightful and reasonable series of articles have created a profound social impact, contributing to the stability of social order, restoring legal discipline, and have received the approval and support of Party committees, government agencies, and the public, winning high awards in national and provincial journalism competitions.
Not only does Nghe An Newspaper amplify the good and eliminate the bad, but it also plays a good advisory role, helping local Party committees and authorities to "cool down" hotspots, resolve and eliminate pressing issues in people's lives; suggesting solutions, methods, and directions for the socio-economic development of the locality...
During the implementation process, we also learned valuable lessons such as: In carrying out the patriotic emulation movement, the leader must demonstrate a leading role, responsibility, impartiality, and a willingness to think and act boldly; in leadership, they must be decisive and clear, prioritizing collective and national interests above personal interests, for the development of the newspaper, the province, and the country; effectively implement transparency and democratization; harmoniously resolve conflicts of interest, paying particular attention to the material and spiritual well-being of employees. We must be decisive in professional training and moral and ideological education for our staff and reporters to build a team of writers with "bright minds, sharp pens, and pure hearts," journalists who are truly "humane, honest, and genuine," with the spirit of "confronting to build, and spreading praise"...

In my opinion, a model advanced unit must first and foremost know how to nurture emulation movements, and must truly be united and respectful of one another. The leader must be the center of unity, knowing how to inspire the spirit and will to strive tirelessly so that each officer and soldier effectively participates in emulation movements within the People's Public Security Force. The head of the unit must always ask: Have the Party committee and leadership truly paid attention to emulation movements? Have they truly been united, respectful, and caring towards each other? Have they demonstrated high determination in leading and directing the unit to excellently fulfill its political tasks?Personally, I have always paid special attention to emulation movements and have always nurtured these movements to become a driving force in the unit's activities. This achievement is thanks to my full understanding of the power of collective action and the immense motivation provided by emulation movements within the People's Public Security Force.

Teachers must always be conscious of self-improvement, accumulating knowledge and experience, honing their professional skills, and always striving to be "reliable guides" for students to emulate. They must constantly seek out resources, enhance their knowledge through various means, especially university textbooks and the internet. They should select the most useful and convenient websites, identify the best authors, and choose the most promising topics to collect materials and compile them into thematic units that keep pace with requirements, as well as collect national and international exam questions. Personally, I am always aware of the importance of nurturing the next generation of teachers, particularly within the subject group and the school as a whole. Therefore, we always share our professional expertise and experience, cooperate, and help each other improve the achievements of our students in national, regional, and international competitions. In the process of building new rural areas in Son Thanh, we focused on three breakthroughs with the motto: "Moving forward from roads, expanding from fields, saying no to compensation for land clearance," and determined to "use the people's strength to serve the people." Besides that, it is necessary to determine the appropriate roadmap and steps for each period; closely follow reality to propose policies and solutions that are relevant and in line with the people's will. We must seize opportunities and create consensus with the motto: "The top implements, the bottom complies; the bottom provides feedback, the top acknowledges, accepts, supplements, and adjusts promptly." At the same time, we do a good job of emulation and reward, and replicate advanced models so that the emulation movement truly becomes a driving force for the whole society. We always maintain the principle of "cadres and Party members lead the way, the people follow," meaning that cadres and Party members must accept sacrifices and do the difficult tasks first, while easy and convenient tasks are left to the people. As a citizen, a parishioner, a neighborhood leader, the head of the Veterans' Association branch, and a member of the Pastoral Council, as well as the head of the Charity Committee of the parish, I am always concerned and think about how to best fulfill my social and church responsibilities. At the same time, I must be a shining example in my family, a good husband and father. Therefore, I have actively participated in patriotic emulation movements, constantly striving to improve myself, learn, and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh to fulfill my assigned duties, responsibilities, and obligations. I disseminate and explain to parishioners and members the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and local regulations, especially those concerning religion and belief, encouraging parishioners and members to follow Jesus' teaching, "Love your neighbor as yourself."
