In particular, the "Living Blood Bank" Club, with the Executive Committee of the Provincial Police Youth Union as the Executive Board, has more than 450 members. After nearly 3 years of establishment (May 2021), up to now, the Club has mobilized more than 100 blood donations, emergency platelet donations, promptly resuscitating more than 100 patients through critical conditions. In addition, the Club has advised on organizing 11 humanitarian blood donation programs throughout the Provincial Police, thereby mobilizing the donation of more than 2,150 units of blood to the Provincial Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center.
