The Duc Hoang Temple Festival takes place from January 28 to February 1 of the lunar calendar in Phuc Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District. The festival is organized by the people to pay tribute to those who have contributed to protecting the country and the people, the central figure of which is Hoang Ta Thon - who contributed to the resistance war against the Yuan-Mongol during the Tran Dynasty, and was granted the title of Sat Hai Dai Vuong by the King.
