Beautiful moments of Vietnam heritage 2018
The Organizing Committee of the Heritage Photography Contest - Heritage Journey 2018 has just announced the results and organized an exhibition of outstanding works depicting the beauty of Vietnam's land and people.

| Special prize for photo series:Wa-Ha Festivalby author Hoang Thach Van. The photo series is highly appreciated for its subject matter, unique artistic camera angles, and full description of a traditional ritual of the Cham Ba Ni people in the South Central region. |

| First prize photo series:The sacred pillar of the Co Tu peopleby Tran Tan Vinh. The photo series depicts the ritual of making and erecting the pole, the traditional cultural practice of the Co Tu people. The pole is also considered the most beautiful decorative object of the Co Tu people, a folk sculpture that reaches the pinnacle in both content and form. |

| Top 5 photo series prizes:Mud wrestling festival in Van villageby author Ngo Quang Phuc. The festival takes place from the 12th to the 14th of the 4th lunar month in Van Ha commune, Bac Giang. The activities in the festival are typical of wet rice culture, expressing the desire of agricultural residents, praying for favorable weather and bountiful crops. |

Heritage Photography Contest - Heritage Journey aims to promote the image of the country, people's lives, especially world heritages in Vietnam.
This is the 6th consecutive year the contest has been held with a record number of entries of up to 194 photo series categories and 532 works competing for the cover photo category. Notably, the contest also organized 3 field trips, in addition to domestic trips, for the first time photographers had an international trip to the southern region of Laos. These journeys also brought many beautiful and unique works to the authors./.
