Schedule online inspection
From February 2023, the Vietnam Register will start piloting online appointment booking via the registration app to create convenience and save time for people and businesses.
Accordingly, to use this service, people can download the TTDK application (app) or go to the website https://ttdk.com.vn/.
After successfully activating the account, the vehicle owner registers the vehicle information and makes an appointment. The Department of Registration recommends that the vehicle owner make an appointment 3 days before the inspection deadline. The vehicle owner can choose the morning or afternoon time slot from 7:00 to 17:30 and then choose to make an appointment.
Vehicle owners are advised to bring their vehicles 30 minutes in advance for convenient arrangements and to notify the inspection staff in advance to be given priority for on-time inspection.
Thus, according to the appointment schedule, vehicle owners need to arrive at the correct time and location as scheduled. If they arrive later, many inspection centers recommend that they will no longer accept the vehicle due to the current overload of inspections. All units must take advantage of the time to inspect vehicles that have been arranged and have an appointment scheduled for the day.
