Mr. Bui Duc Viet in village 2, Long Son commune is a typical example of the local good production and business movement. With the VACR model on an area of 12 hectares, his family has an annual income of 200 - 250 million VND.

Mr. Viet shared: With 20 hectares of available forest of his family in Gia Giang village, in 2012, he invested in planting acacia and cajuput trees with an area of 12 hectares. Besides, taking advantage of the land area and abundant available food sources, he invested in raising breeding cows, pigs, wild boars, chickens, goats and dug ponds to raise fish.

Mr. Viet's integrated livestock farm system is scientifically arranged and planned. Accordingly, he divides the area to build a barn for breeding cows, 8 pens to raise pigs, sows, wild boars, and builds a solid fence system to raise laying hens, meat chickens, and geese.

Currently, in his family's farm system, there are 15 cows that give birth to 14-15 calves for sale each year, 5 sows that give birth, at peak times his herd of pigs for meat reaches 30-40, 500 laying hens and broilers. To keep the barren land profitable, Mr. Viet also invested in digging 3 ponds with an area of 8 sao to raise fish. He raises fish according to the water stratification method to take advantage of the food of each species such as: grass carp, silver carp, tilapia to have short-term income to support the long-term. The total income of this VACR economic model, after deducting expenses, brings his family from 250 - 300 million VND each year and creates seasonal jobs for about 8-10 workers.

Like Mr. Viet, Mr. Nguyen Duc Phi in village 9, Long Son commune also developed his economy from the VACR model. Starting to develop the economy, building the VACR farm since 2003, after many difficulties in the early years due to lack of experience and lack of capital for investment in facilities, with effort and perseverance, Mr. Phi and his family successfully built the model on an area of 6 hectares in the Dat Do mountain range, including 2 hectares of tea.

With proper care, the tea grows well. Once a month, Mr. Phi's family harvests over 4 tons of fresh tea buds, and after deducting expenses, they earn a profit of over 10 million VND/month. In this way, he has created seasonal jobs for 5 workers inside and outside the village with an income of 200,000 VND/day. Not only investing in growing industrial tea trees, with a spirit of diligence and hard work, in 2012, he invested capital to develop the VACR model with 3 hectares of acacia, cajuput, 3 sao of ponds, raising buffaloes, cows and pigs. Every year, after deducting expenses, his family earns over 200 million VND/year.
