Soldiers 'carry' Tet to the high mountains of the border

(Baonghean.vn) - With the program "Warm Tet in the Western region of Nghe An", officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command brought joy and warmth to the border villages, helping people here celebrate a meaningful Tet.
