Powerful shortcuts for computer users
If you are a fan of keyboard shortcuts, you will surely realize that remembering these keys makes using your operating system much more efficient.

Many people already know the shortcuts used every day such as how to copy, cut and paste text, how to close a window, how to lock the computer... with shortcuts.
Besides those basic shortcuts, Windows has many powerful hidden shortcuts. In this article, PCWorld will introduce you to 10 such shortcuts.
These are less common but very useful shortcuts. For your convenience, we have grouped them by operating system version.
Windows 7 or later
1. F2 key:Rename the currently selected file, without having to click.

2. Alt + Enter key:Displays the Properties window of the currently selected file or folder. Equivalent to Alt + double-clicking the file or Alt + 1 on Windows 10.

3. Windows Key + M:Minimize all active windows to the taskbar. Press Windows + Shift + M to restore them.

4. Windows key + Home:Minimize all active windows to the Taskbar except the active window.

5. Windows key + Pause:Displays the System Properties dialog box.

6. Windows key + Shift + left/right arrow:Move the selected window to the secondary monitors in the specified direction. Only applicable if you have a secondary monitor connected to your computer.
7. Ctrl + Y key:Redo the action you just Undone (Undo or Ctrl + Z).
Windows 8.1 or later
1. Press and hold the Windows key + comma (,):Make current windows transparent to look down at the Desktop screen.
Windows 10 only
1. Windows Key + Alt + D:Displays the Time and Date window, similar to when you click on the clock in the System Tray located to the right of the Taskbar.

2. Windows Key + Tab:Open Task View. Remember Task View? It's how you create virtual desktops in Windows 10. A handy feature for multitaskers.
