The names of people and places have become sacred and noble.
(Baonghean) - We must never forget an inch of our country, a red bloodline, and the blood and bones that made up our Fatherland. The names of people, mountains, and rivers have become sacred and noble...
Excerpt from the speech of Comrade Thuan Huu - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper at the Art Program "Truong Bon - Immortal Epic"
...We are here, the sacred land soaked in the blood of heroic martyrs in the art program "Truong Bon - Immortal heroic epic", to commemorate the heroic sacrifice of 13 heroic martyrs of the Youth Volunteer Force and to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who forever lie on the legendary Highway 15A, with the beloved Motherland... Those 13 heroic Youth Volunteer Force soldiers lived in the same company, died in the same grave; all of them did not have time to step towards peace, but their blood dissolved into the earth and sky, writing a legend about the history of Truong Bon.

...The Truong Bon National Historical Site today is the gathering place of the souls of 1,240 cadres and soldiers of the Youth Volunteer Force, the army, the police, and traffic officers, forever becoming a beautiful symbol of Vietnamese revolutionary heroism. We must never forget an inch of the country, a red bloodline, and the many bones and blood that made up the Fatherland. The names of people, mountains, and rivers have become sacred and noble... Truong Bon, Dong Loc Junction, Hang Tam Co and thousands of other places always remind us of a time of bombs and bullets.
The art program "Truong Bon - Immortal Heroic Song" is organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper in collaboration with Nghe An Provincial People's Committee and Vietnam Television, with a sincere heart and deep gratitude, remembering the great contributions of the heroic martyrs, towards the 69th Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, 66th Anniversary of the Youth Volunteer Force's Traditional Day and 48th Anniversary of Truong Bon Victory Day, at the same time as an activity "When drinking water, remember its source", calling for help for millions of Youth Volunteers and relatives of martyrs in difficult circumstances currently living in Nghe An and tens of thousands of people in general across the country.
On this occasion, we would like to express our gratitude to the agencies, groups and individuals who have contributed, supported and helped us in terms of material and spiritual resources to join us in activities to pay tribute to those who have contributed to the country, those who have devoted themselves to the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. We respectfully bow before the souls of the heroic martyrs!...
