Cases of civil servants and public employees not subject to staff streamlining

Official dispatch 5670/BNV-TCBC of the Ministry of Home Affairs recently issued on implementing the policy of streamlining payroll stipulates that the following 5 groups of civil servants and public employees are not subject to streamlining payroll.
