After many sleepless nights, she decided to create changes in each class by changing the way she imparts historical knowledge to students. Outside of class, Ms. Hao spends a lot of time going on field trips to collect evidence and meet historical witnesses to supplement the content of her lectures. In addition, in each history class, Ms. Hao chooses to teach by telling historical stories, attaching the timeline of events to current stories close to everyday life. Therefore, each of her history classes is very interesting and engaging for students. Thanks to that, more and more students understand and enjoy learning history.

Ms. Hao was evaluated by the school's Party cell as one of the exemplary individuals in implementing Directive 03 at the unit. Ms. Hao shared: "In my opinion, studying and following Uncle Ho's example is not something lofty or grand, but on the contrary, it is very simple and close to daily life and work. Therefore, I always keep in mind that I need to choose practical things, closely related to professional tasks, contributing to the education of students better and better." Like Ms. Hao, teachers at Do Luong 2 School choose to care for and help students with specific and practical actions, thereby helping students strive to cultivate and practice. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long, Party cell secretary and school principal, said: “The teachers have chosen to do very simple things such as tutoring a weak student to become a good student; tutoring a naughty student to become a good, hard-working student; striving for a 100% graduation rate. In each course, the teachers of Do Luong 2 High School always choose to help a few students with difficult circumstances, encouraging them to excel in their studies and training. In Ngoc Son commune, Quynh Luu district, implementing Directive 03, the Party Committee of the commune has had many specific and creative ways of doing things, thereby creating strong changes in all aspects of social life. When starting to implement Directive 03, the Party Committee of the commune has built a set of rules consisting of 6 points stipulating the required standards for the team and party members. From there, it contributes to enhancing the responsibility and pioneering and exemplary nature of cadres and party members in daily life and work. A new point of Ngoc Son is to publicly post the registration content of studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh for cadres and party members at the commune headquarters and village meeting halls.

Comrade Ho Ba Canh - Secretary of the Party Committee of Ngoc Son commune shared: "The public announcement of the contents of the registration of cadres and party members has a great effect. First of all, the people know and monitor the implementation process. On the contrary, each cadre and party member also uses that to overcome weaknesses, strive to improve themselves, and serve the people better. The implementation of Directive 03 has also taken place continuously, not perfunctorily or formally, not allowing the situation of registering and then leaving it unimplemented." Those profound changes of cadres and party members have created trust among the people, built solidarity in villages to build and develop the homeland. It is clear that in building new rural areas, promoting the spirit of cadres and party members must be pioneers, setting an example for the masses to follow, the program of building new rural areas has been widely deployed and achieved high efficiency in 12 villages in the commune.

For example, in village 9, although the Party cell only has 6 members, the Party members have become shining examples in movements, especially in building roads. For example, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Hoi, Secretary of the Party cell, voluntarily donated 60 square meters of land and removed the concrete fence to widen the road. It was the Secretary's exemplary actions that aroused the spirit of volunteerism among the people. Many people voluntarily donated land, and all 127 households in the village contributed money to complete new rural roads with a total length of nearly 1 km. "Not only the long alleys but also the alleys with only 1 to 2 households, the Party cell discussed, collected opinions and got the people's agreement to contribute money and labor to build concrete roads in these alleys to ensure fairness for everyone in the village," said Comrade Hoi. With those effective and practical actions, during the 3-year review of the implementation of Directive 03 of Quynh Luu district, Party cell 9 of Ngoc Son commune Party Committee was one of 9 collectives to be commended by Quynh Luu District Party Committee. On a general level, from typical examples such as Party cell 9, the commune's new rural construction has achieved many positive results. Up to now, the commune has completed 14/19 criteria, becoming one of the typical new rural construction of Quynh Luu district.

At the Nghe An Department of Transport Party Committee, the implementation of Directive 03 has created an important change in the awareness of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees in performing professional work. Typically, when carrying out the appraisal of driving license applications at the One-Stop Transaction Center, the staff here have promoted their sense of responsibility, coming early and leaving late to complete the assigned tasks well. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong, an officer at the One-Stop Transaction Office, said: "Just think simply that people are like you, if you go to do the paperwork and the one-stop officials harass and get angry, you will feel very uncomfortable, thinking that way, I always improve myself, trying to better serve the needs of the people!". Through the implementation of Directive 03, the Department of Transport Party Committee is also associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Term XI), focusing on overcoming the shortcomings pointed out at the review conference. The urgent and prominent issues such as site clearance, handling of overloaded and oversized vehicles, violations of road traffic safety corridors, etc. are focused on solving. In addition, the quality management and appraisal of traffic works, office buildings, works invested by districts and other sectors are strengthened to improve the quality of traffic works.

After 3 years of promoting implementation, Directive 03 has had an impact on raising the sense of responsibility of each cadre, party member, union member, and association member at all levels, sectors, and localities in the province. At the same time, the spread of the movement has had a positive impact on many aspects of social life. However, in reality, in some places and at some times, there is still a heavy state of formality, the registration for implementation is not associated with specific actions, there is also a situation where cadres guide and employees register according to a template, one person imitates another... During the time following the support team of the Propaganda Department of the Do Luong District Party Committee to supervise at a grassroots party organization, all relevant documents were bound into a book in accordance with procedures. In particular, this unit also bound into a book the registration documents of cadres, workers, and employees to follow, for easy monitoring and supervision. In Quynh Luu district, after 3 years of implementing Directive 03, the results have been very positive, with many individuals and typical examples appearing in various fields and creating a great influence. However, some party members working in rural party cells still have the opinion that the implementation effectiveness for these party members has not been clearly demonstrated. Comrade Nguyen Thi Hang, Party member of Party Cell 4, Quynh Ba Commune Party Committee shared: “The implementation of Directive 03 has created great changes for Party members who are cadres, civil servants, and Party members who are leaders of organizations. However, for Party members in rural areas who are not assigned responsibilities, I see that the implementation effectiveness is not clear, still formal, although there are annual registration and implementation evaluation organizations. Therefore, in order for Directive 03 to truly penetrate deeply into life, I suggest that from the beginning of the year, Party organizations should assign specific responsibilities to Party members living in rural areas like us.”

On a broader scale, through the assessment of 3 years of implementing Directive 03, Quynh Luu District Party Committee also recognized that in reality, some Party committees, especially leaders, have not yet deeply understood and have not really taken seriously the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example; have not yet determined this as a regular task of the Party Committee, Party cell; and have not yet been self-aware of cadres and Party members. Besides, the registration of cadres and Party members in some units is not specific, not linked to assigned duties and tasks; in some places, it is even formal, perfunctory, copying each other... To overcome the above limitations and shortcomings, in an exchange with us, comrade Nguyen Van Thang - Secretary of Quynh Luu District Party Committee said: Besides continuing to promote the implementation of Directive 03 in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee; Quynh Luu District Party Committee determined to review and develop concise, easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember and easy-to-implement ethical standards, while also doing a good job of inspection and supervision to correct deviations and errors in the implementation process.

Similarly, at the Party Committee of the Department of Transport, comrade Nguyen Sy Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee said: “Our solution is that the Party Committee always thoroughly promotes the spirit of self-awareness in each Party member, self-monitoring the registration of "following" of each individual. In addition, to be associated with expertise and practical situations, we have recently organized inspections and supervision of the working attitude associated with the registration of "following" content of the Party cells of the Project Management Board, Traffic Inspectorate, Examination Center, and Registration Center. Through this, we have clearly understood who has not yet implemented the registered content well, who is worthy of being advanced models... Therefore, we must consider the spirit of Directive 03 as a widespread movement in the lives of cadres, Party members and the masses, as a regular and disciplined work, only then can we fight against bad habits that are still present here and there...".

In order for the spirit of Directive 03 to truly enter life, it is necessary to continue to promote the construction and replication of advanced models and examples. Grassroots party organizations, mass organizations and associations need to organize specialized meetings on the implementation of Directive 03, focusing on the exemplary responsibility of key cadres. At the same time, strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation of Directive 03, integrating the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee into the main content of the meetings. Strictly implement the regime of attending meetings and dialogue with the grassroots, with the Party cells of the team of key leaders and Party committees at all levels, thereby being able to monitor cadres, party members and members in registering to follow as well as promoting the exemplary role.
