In the border communes of Nghe An province, many resources are still lacking, and the need for a safe and adequate learning environment is a great aspiration of teachers and students. Therefore, the plan to build multi-level boarding schools for ethnic minorities has received great consensus and expectations from the local people. Along with efforts to accelerate land clearance, Nghe An is striving to ensure the construction progress of 10 multi-level boarding schools in border communes according to the plan.
