Following prolonged heavy rain, flash floods from the mountains inundated Luong Minh Ethnic Boarding Primary School in Tuong Duong district, causing mud and rocks to spill into classrooms and damaging many school supplies and students' books. However, by the afternoon of October 1st, the school's teachers and local authorities worked together to mitigate the damage and gradually stabilize the situation.
