A warm place to return to.

1.One writer likened a wife to a mirror, where one can see oneself most honestly. A man leaves the house looking well-groomed, polished, and handsome, and upon returning, he has the right to be unattractive. He can be grumpy, disheveled, say things that displease others, and be most sincere with himself when he doesn't have to wear the heavy, glamorous cloak of a man with social relationships... That writer, with a touch of humor, made a very interesting statement about family: it is a place where people can shed all the burdens of life, where they can confront their true selves.

2.The little girl said to her father, "I want to die; that's the best way to free our whole family." The father swallowed his tears of sorrow, gently saying to his disabled daughter, "You know, our greatest happiness is simply seeing you every day." And so, every morning, in the freezing cold of winter or the scorching heat of summer, in torrential rain or blazing sun, he would carry her to school. Perhaps he sometimes noticed the tears of his poor daughter falling on his shoulder, but for him, being with her to school every day, seeing the tears or smiles on her face each day, was a joy beyond compare.

That true story continues to haunt me with the profound and simple message it conveys: family and boundless sacrifice. A place where one person's existence means another's happiness and purpose in life. A place where calculations and self-interest can never enter. A place where giving and receiving are done without expecting anything in return. A place where every name is spoken simply yet with such sacred significance.

3.A part of my childhood was spent traveling far from home. The child I was then would look at the flickering lights in the night, seeking a sense of warmth and closeness. I imagined the gatherings, the loving moments around those lights: a family huddled around a steaming meal, a father bending over his child's study desk, or a mother diligently working with her needle and thread... Wasn't that something everyone experienced, wasn't that the dream of reunion after being separated? And growing up, having my own home, I understood even more: That family is the light in the freezing winter night guiding us home, the place where the creaking of the door releases so many burdens of anxiety from the hearts of those waiting and longing...

No matter how many mistakes we've made, all we hope for is a place of forgiveness.

No matter how many falls we stumble, we only have one steadfast refuge.

Knowing the vastness of the ocean and the length of the rivers, and only when our hair turns gray do we realize that nowhere is as wide and deep as the love of our parents.

Family is also where we realize that we still have something worth living in this world. The disabled girl cried on her father's back and once wanted to die to ease her parents' burden, but then she understood how precious her life was to her family. That when there is love, things that should be burdens can be transformed into happiness...
