Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on Promulgating the Regulations on management, protection and promotion of historical - cultural relics and scenic spots in Nghe An province No. 19/2020/QD-UBND, Article 5, Chapter 2 clearly states: The People's Committee at the district level directly manages the relics in the area, except for the relics that have been assigned to the Departments, branches and sectors for direct management. Based on the inventory list of historical and scenic spots in the area, the District People's Committee assigns the Commune People's Committee to manage according to the functions and tasks of the local government.
